Amanda and I attended an official engagement party at temple today and after the ceremony and lunch were over, we went outside to test the lighting for couple’s formal photos. Amanda was my test subject today while I adjusted my camera for proper exposure. One thing I learned today was that shooting in mid day with the sun directly overhead makes for some nasty shadows. I did not bring my flash out to remove the shadows, but perhaps I should have.
