My name is Melvin Tan. I was born in Malaysia and raised in Canada since 1991. Photography was never in my blood until one day I decided that a digital SLR camera would be my new toy. Though I have numerous hobbies, photography and motorcycles are my two greatest.

I know many people use photography to capture and freeze a moment in time. I would like to use photography to tell a story. I’m not quite there yet, but with practice I can be.
