Sometimes you can switch subjects to bring a different dimension to what would have been a very ordinary golden sunset picture. In this case, I chose to focus on the screen instead and letting the eyes wander the scene to look beyond the subject.

Business in Edmonton use murals painted on the back of their buildings to combat graffiti. In fact, some businesses even use graffiti taggers to paint their murals so that there is pride in their work. It seems to have worked so far. This approach started when the City started issuing fines to business owners who did not address the graffiti problems. This caused uproars as the victim was being penalized for somebody else’s crime.

Looks like snow, but these floating dandelions are all over the place this time of year as they get airborne. This only happens at the end of summer and the beginning of fall though.
