What services do you offer?

My services include logo design, corporate identity design (e.g. business cards, letterhead, stationaries), advertising campaigns, brochures, presentations, and many more. If you are in doubt whether we can do it, just contact us with your special project and we will find a way to help you.

How long does it take to design a logo?

Each project is different. First we discuss your project and we will make a determination if it is a project that interests us. If we accept your project, expect a first design to be delivered within 24 hours. After that, it is an iterative process to refine the design or invoke alternate designs. On average, most logo designs have a turnaround time of about 7 calendar days.

Who owns the copyright of the design?

You own the copyright when the design is delivered and you can do whatever you want with the design, including modifying it beyond recognition. I will reserve the right to use your design for self-promotional purposes (including adding it to the portfolio of this site).

When is payment due?

A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery. Any scope of work above and beyond the original estimate is also due prior to additional work being performed.

How do I pay for a design I want?

We are a modern creative agency and we accept all forms of electronic payments including credit cards and PayPal. For local Edmonton clients, alternate forms of payment can be arranged.

How are my designs delivered?

The design work will be e-mailed directly to you after payment has been received. Arrangements can be made for alternate forms of delivery upon request.

In what formats are the designs delivered?

All logos are designed in vector format to guarantee maximum scalability and quality output for the web and print media. The standard file type I provide is the Adobe Illustrator (*.ai) vector format. Other formats such as EPS, PDF, JPEG and PNG can also be provided upon request. Please request alternate formats prior to issuing payment. Alternate formats will not be created after the logo has been delivered.
