I love the look of gas station signs. So vibrant and usually very colorful. So I am on a mission to shoot as many gas station signs as I can. This one is down 109 street just past Jasper avenue.

I think a UFO crash landed in the Citadel Theatre and the coverup has begun with city planted vegetation to make it look like art.

Waterfall with the briday veil effect. However, even at 6 seconds exposure, I couldn’t achieve the effect I wanted. But nevertheless, it is still a cool picture taken inside the Citadel Theatre.

They probably paid a lot of money for this very simple, yet creative art work. You can find this at the Citadel Theatre in downtown Edmonton.

Yes, cactus in Alberta in deep fall. The garden at the Citadel Theatre has a unique collection of plant life worthy of checking out.

The weather was beautiful in outside today, nice for an Edmonton October weather anyway. I am still quite pleased *and knocking-on-wood* that there is no permanent snow on the ground. But the weather inside the Citadel was even nicer. Look at how green and beautiful these plants are inside the garden area of the Citadel. What a wonderful location for indoor wedding photography if the weather outside does not cooperate.

This is an art piece by Peter Field back in the early 90′s (please correct me) to celebrate the First Night Festival to chime in the new year with a grand celebration and fireworks. The piece can be found at the south entrance to the Churchill LRT station in downtown Edmonton.

This morning, we wake up to this in Edmonton. Snow! The picture is not grainy/noisy. That is actually snow falling down.

Canada Place in downtown Edmonton on a cold day. The interior of this building is quite beautiful as the other corner of Canada Place is adorned with vegetation growth. This building is warm like a greenhouse in the summer months.

Extremely cold in the office today because the heater in the building is not set to full-winter mode yet. So it was nice to see a bit of sun come out and heat up the window behind me. Took a picture of the sun through the blinds for a more textured look.
