I took the bike out to Windermere Drive where I knew there were some beautiful houses and wheat fields. Of all the “pretty” houses out there, this stainless-steel looking house has to be my favorite. It is simply gorgeous and it is my kind of house, if I had that much money to blow. Windermere Drive is just south of the Anthony Henday and there is river-side golf course nearby.

Shot facing west towards the sunset, this are the construction cranes building the new Edmonton Reman Center, which is basically a minimum security prison. To the left of this photo (outside of the frame) is where the new Anthony Henday ring road is being built. When done, drivers will have a great view of the prison. I increased the shadows during post-processing to make all the foreground objects black, but the vignetting is natural. I used the Tamron 18-250 which is prone to vignetting on the long end. Enjoy!
