<p>This is an art piece by Peter Field back in the early 90&#8242;s (please correct me) to celebrate the First Night Festival to chime in the new year with a grand celebration and fireworks. The piece can be found at the south entrance to the Churchill LRT station in downtown Edmonton.</p>
