I have not eaten a burger in a LONG time, since early summer actually because it is not the healthiest thing in the world even if I prepare and dress it myself. This was a low-calorie, low fat (saturated and trans fat), low sodium, high in omega-3, bla bla bla … but it really does taste like cardboard and sawdust if you cook it wrong. This time though, I cooked it PERFECT even with the looming storm clouds and lightning in the horizon. Look at those perfect grill marks… :)
