You never know where your next photo is going to come from. I’ve always thought about capturing a photo like this, but thought I’d have to set this scene up myself. When I walked into The Bay during lunch time with Amanda, this scene was waiting for me. I couldn’t resist the urge to capture something this solitude. The ladder looks so lonely.

During post-processing, I had to do a bit of lens correction due to the distortion from being so wide angle (17mm). Then I changed the hue a bit so that the green was more apple-green the way I envisioned the shot and of course, bumping up the shadows.
